Nathan Rotenberg - Real Estate Investor and Business Owner

Nathan Rotenberg is a Philadelphia-based real estate investor with ownership and partnership interests across three markets. With properties in Nashville, Boston, and Ocean City, New Jersey, Nathan Rotenberg participates in short-term and long-term real estate markets. His professional interests also include property investment trends, small business ownership, and entrepreneurship.

Mr. Rotenberg is also a founding partner and chief operating officer of Provider 1 Health, LLC, serving the Philadelphia market. The business is a state DOH licensed EMS agency for emergency and non-emergency medical transportation, as well as public safety education with an emphasis on emergency medical services. The company teaches on Villanova University's campus and also sells automated external defibrillators, first aid kits, and jump bags. Equipment purchases can be paired with instruction covering how to use those safety products.

Previously, Mr. Rotenberg enjoyed a two-decade career in public safety. From 2007 to 2025, he worked as a flight communications specialist and emergency tele-communicator at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. He completed training with the CFPC, NREMT, IAMTCS, and APCO, as well as coursework in emergency medical dispatch and public safety telecommunications. He has gone on to receive state, national, and international certifications.
